    No medication at present thanks think weight loss cause I have been and started on low carb where as the week before I was eating virtually what I wanted and ignoring the carbs and sugar.

    04.00 curry and cauliflower rice 09.00 whole meal toast with cheese 12.30 full fat yogurt Couple of strawberries 17.30 omelette 3 eggs ham cheese and tomatoe and two small new potatoes

    I just think took low carbs too far n need to eat more I told the nurse n she said it was also a lot but it was extreme after all the calorie consumption of previous weeks

    Low carb well apart from 1 maybe 2 whole meal slices of bread a day none much veg eggs steak meat a little fruit n yogurts my diet when I found out was what I used to eat processed potatoes sugar alcohol not major

    I have just visited diabetic nurse and she was brilliant as is this website I asked about lada(she had previously asked me to read up on it) and agreed for testing and was sure that this would be the outcome of my results she gave me a big monitor and everything on prescription tested...
