I haven't really worked out carb counting yet and it's the first day of sticking to a proper low carb day I had
2 boiled eggs and asparagus for breakfast
Yogurt at around 10am
Salad with ham and cheese for dinner and smal piece of steak with cauliflower and broccoli
I walked for 3 quarters of an hour in between dinner and tea and feeling sickly all day am I doing something wrong I am not on medication and think I am type 2 I have no monitor at moment to test my sugars
