That's a very interesting thread, i was wondering for a long time if mine is stronger than most peoples around me. I have worked with clients with not only all kinds of bugs but Hepatitis C, TB, and other nasties. Even when each and every colleague had a cold, it passed me.

There seems to be a problem again with the delivery to my pharmacy. I'm already waiting for two weeks, my pharmacist doesn't know how long it will take. Am i the only one?

Hi Nioami, Sorry you are so unwell! Do you have a diabetic nurse and/or consultant you can contact? Surely as T1 you are under hospital care? I'm afraid 111 wouldn't be such a great help anyway. My own GP told me they are useless. Two weeks ago i had exactly the same symptoms like you but only...

When i was self funding, i always got Superdrug points for the Libre sensors!

My pharmacy called me yesterday to tell me the sensors are in, i can collect them. I was already getting nervous because i had ripped off my last one when the postie knocked after i had a shower and i was rushing to get dressed.:shy:

I just saw this thread a few hours ago and remembered i need to order (prescription) new sensors. Well, the chemist just called me and told me there's a wait for at least three weeks. :(

My obese mother was covered in skin tags, even on face and neck. She didn't have diabetes. I started getting several on the neck a few years ago and got rid of them with applying a tea tree solution three times a day for two weeks.
