Don't worry Mrsmac it will happen soon. Just keep going. I knew I'd lost weight but couldn't see any difference. Couple of friends at work did and are keeping my secret. Compliments on changes they see are so good to hear too.

I love the slim fast range. Some days I'm not hungry and drink the shakes instead of meals. Coffee one is my favourite though

Remember to wear a belt mike. Or you'll have same wardrobe malfunction I had. :) I've lost weight, and continue to do so, and love denim skirts. Sister bent down next to me, grabbed my skirt...skirt went south!!!!

Thanks for advice nomistheman. I had a bottle full of water and worked my way through it. BS finally came down...slightly higher than normal but not much. I'm still a little bit light headed and have now got a bad headache. I did have a slow saunter to bus stop on way home. Really scary too

7.5 seems to have gone back up a little and stayed around this for days. Does anybody have a spike when they take their metformin? Without eating brrakfast

I have quite a lot to lose. I'll never be slim but I would like to lose several more stones. My BG normally is between 4 and 7 but have some high readings as still finding out what foods/ drink sends my BG up

Hopefully you won't need to losing that much weight. I've lost 15.2kg in 6 months. See nurse once a month. Got note in prescription from chemist to see doctor next month. Wonder why? They palmed me off onto nurse after second appointment. Could be that I've got blood tests then.
