    Hi, I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetes in 2002 aged 28. My fasting readings in the morning are never below 10 normally between 10 & 12mmol. (Hbac 8) It doesn't seem to matter what I eat (except pure sugar). I have almost removed all carbs from my diet eating protein & good fats. The only...
