    I work from home 60 plus hours, i make sure I do 10,000 steps twice a week and try and do 30 mins of activity a day. I Go on treadmill when I can but been very slack with it lately! Need to go back on it! Starting tomorrow! Thank you :)

    Would you take Statins in my situation? They keep offering and I keep refusing but the cholesterol is a never ending battle to lower it. It’s the exercise mainly as I work such long hours in a sedentary job.

    Really? I threw away my deep fat fryer in 2010 after my jeans no longer fit me [emoji85][emoji200] but Maybe once or twice a year I’ll fry some chips at home but not tested after... I will have to try! I know if I have roast potatoes in goose fat I hardly raise, but cannot find goose fat...

    I find potatoes don’t affect me much, have a roast with a few spuds and loads of veg every Sunday. The odd sandwich with super seeded bread doesn’t affect me either. Occasionally have a few oven chips which don’t spike me too high but if I have 1 grain of rice I test in the 10’s/11’s two or more...

    Sorry for late reply! Wasn’t aware of had replies? I take 2 pills 3 times a day and in 3 months my cholesterol has gone from 5.7 to 4.9 and a1c from 51 to 48. I don’t take the bitter melon white as often now, just the cinnamon

    I buy Swanson cinnamon 375mg and take 2 before meals. Just brought some lecithin pills (I think it’s called that) from same website (heath monthly) as that’s also good to lower cholesterol. Will let you know next result in April.

    Not sure if it’s a Coincidence but I’ve been taking cinnamon supplements as heard it is good for blood sugar levels, anyway on my test last week my a1c went from 51 to 48 and cholesterol from 5.7 to 4.9!     Thanks Paulus... and mehhh... it fluctuates.. 5.2 most of the time but I have to only look at a slice of super seeded brown bread and it’s up to 11.4! [emoji24]
