Saga Magazine - July 2014 - FAT vs SUGAR

Not about liking or not, it was so utterly rubbishly made, but that's what you get in mainstream tv, felt like a big waste of money, when they could actually teach people something about fodd and physiology.

What's the test to identify the large, fluffy LDL component?

Just a small comment on NHS testing and health assessment by pratice nurse, had one in September where we parted with agreeing to disagree regarding cardiovascular risk, as I pointed out that neither lipid particle number/size test was used nor a sensitive measure for inflammation (which now is...

    Troubles with LCHF

You will get through this, it sounds like severe so called carb flu, either you stick out or lower your carbs in steps (but the results will take longer). You need to drink extra water and also have some extra salt 0,5-1 tsp per day. The carb cravings will ease the longer you stick to this.

A question for low carbing ladies..

For even more healthy chocolate and a bit of coconut oil - melt 100 gram proper dark chocolate 85% or more, mix in 100 - 200 gram coconut oil add a little sweetener if you need. To get bit size pieces, use a spoon for the mix and add to a silicone mould with nice little shapes.
