    Thanks @busydiabeticmum; I just used what was in my fridge - I've learnt my lesson and will stock up on low carb veggies first However, when I looked the veg up in carbs and cals book the carb count was quite a bit lower than the numbers I found online, so not so bad.

    B - Berries and greek yog L - flat peach (small but still 11g carbs !) D - prawn stirfry, just veg - shockingly 33g carbs. I should have chosen different veg - I could have had some rice for that many carbs if I'd chosen more wisely. It didn't affect my BS though - up 0.7 after 2 hrs.

    6.8 :( I was trying to up my veg consumption y'day with a stir fry that was surprisingly carby.

    Good morning - 5.7. It's back to being in the 5s consistently, despite being in pain after an op, so I'm happy

    Morning all. mine was 5.7 on my accu chek mobile and 7.6 on my code free. 2 mmols difference again.:confused:

    I like them split and toasted, even if I have them as a sandwich. I've been out of action with 2 ops in 10 days, and my hand of action for weeks, so I've run out and can't get anymore at the mo, which I' m finding difficult, as they are a staple in my house (freezer)

    It's not that much out always, but regularly 1.5 mmol. As mentioned before, I'm monitoring the codefree against the accu chek mobile and will see whether I feel it is too far out and inconsistent to use as my fbs baseline.     With my intermittent fasting, I've rid myself of the feeling that I need to eat, even when I'm not really hungry. So today was an unplanned fast. B - coffee Later - avocado
