My grammar isn't that good but I refuse to read posts written in text speak as my eyes tire easily , even the colour scheme of this site makes it hard to read.

I think your husband is being mean as your health should come first and Diabetic or not , he shouldn't be eating so much junk either. You could try offering him something else instead of biscuits?

That is the best summation of controlling your blood sugar that I have ever read! I don't enjoy food anymore as most of my fabourites are semi-banned. I cry

It's taken six months but I have realised that it causes severe constipation which led to having to cancel a hospital appointment earlier this year (I haven't given birth yet but the pain can't be worse than what I went through) to sort "things" out.

I found out that my meds (Januvia) are supposed to cause cancer. Can't win as a Diabetic , all my medications seem to have some side effect like heart attacks , cancers etc
This happened to me yesterday , I took a reading it was 4.2 (I am thinking about coming off Amaryl as I don't like a side effect)
I ate my normal breakfast of yoghurt etc so not sure why my reading was so low. I blame the heat
