Dinner tonight was chicken salad and where I used to have a mars bar or similar as an after dinner treat I had instead an orange and a banana.
2 hours after eating my result was 10.4.
Should I now start looking at reducing my fruit intake? I've always had lots of fruit, it stems from when I was a kid and my parents had a fruit and veg shop.
