Restaurant meals are full of fat and hidden carbs in dressings/sauces. Whenever I eat out i need to bolus much more than I would for a similar home made meal
It looks like a nice recipe, but I think it would affect my sugar levels. Anything containing flour (any kind) wont act like a low carb food.

Maybe its just a mistake. If there is 'no' under driving it means you dont drive (not that you shouldnt or not allowed to drive). I would give them a call to explain what they meant
I travelled to Thailand last year. I would recommend changing time over 3 days. I did it all within 1 day and it don't work for me, too sudden change over 24h
Spirits (vodka,whiskey,gin) with zero sugar fizzy drinks are alright. Also red wine doesn't affect sugar levels. There is no alcohol that is recommended but these the best option for diabetics :)
