    Well breakfast Hallome and eggs yum Ham salad n new potatoes but not many Chinese take away. I have mixed veg hot n spicy n half a egg fu yung n some wine What a perfect day.

    Reduce Carbs and all will be good. Use Oopsies bread that you make with no flour just eggs and cream cheese there are lots of recipes on google. Ditch bread and carbs, keep low, I now have salmon asparagus and poached egg for breakfats, soup for lunch and low carb dinner ie cauliflower...
