    Wow, this has been a very interesting read...I must be lucky as have had great care from the nhs since being dx in August....I see the nurse practioner regularly who happens to specialise in diabetes (struck lucky there)....She believes is low carb (not 0) but low...She also promotes this site...

    Suggestions!!

    Had my first one today Clare, was a bit boring as didn't do any fillings...I used egg, cheese and a good old shake of sweetner...Was different but good...I shall be experimenting with dif fillings tho...Anything filling and low carb is good by me...Enjoy!! wobblyme :)

    Well, just thought I would report that I have completed my first week of recucing (not cutting out) but really cutting back on my carb intake and I am very pleased to say that I have lost 4lb...Am delighted with that..I must be getting something right, yay! wobblyme :)
