Well, just thought I would report that I have completed my first week of recucing (not cutting out) but really cutting back on my carb intake and I am very pleased to say that I have lost 4lb...Am delighted with that..I must be getting something right, yay!

Well done you! :applause: Cutting back and not out is the way to go in my opinion ...also finding out which sort of carbs your system deals with more easily.

Thank you everyone, love the dancing woohoo cugila :)... Fingers crossed for you Louismum, tough... isn't it, I've been trying to eat almost carb free breakfast and lunch...Then having a healthy but carbs included evening meal..."It was good for me"

A mistake I keep making is that a new page has been started so in fact perhaps it may be on page 2 and not on page 1?

Sometimes you can miss those page numbers (usually on bottom left of screen...) coz thier quite small.
