    Has anyone given up chocolate?

    I have the odd bit now and again it as my BG levels more stable. Mine is not only chocolate but fruitless and starburst! I do not have them too often but I find I become fixated and have to have it, trouble is one but leads to another! I did not find it difficult to give up cakes pastries...

    Type 2 Fruit?

    Blood test! It seems to be different fruits for different people. 5 months into this BG down considerably, I know find I can eat a lot more fruit. It is my passion so it has been a problem but testing has allowed me to find the good ones that suit me! Sadly not bananas! Good luck. X

    Trial and error, everybody is different. Keep testing before and after food you will soon find out what's ok for you. I still eat a lot of fruit, it's seems to be ok'ish. No banana, my passion! I just cut out potatoes, veg that grow underground, all pastry yogs, cakes, sweets etc. I reckon...

    It has taken me 5 months on met 1500 and 40 Gliclazide to feel a marked improvement in the tummy issue area.     Appalling Advice from my GP!

    I was told 5 months ago never to use any needles twice. I did use just one a day (3 or 4) times but ended up with very sore bruising.
