    Thank you so much. I think my fear is lessening and I am making lots of slow changes. Thought never ge able have wine again but I did have couple of glasses last night and all was fine. Think I'm learning every thing in moderation

    Hi all when I was diagnosed 9 weeks ago my a1c test Hooe that's right name was 110. Got test redone 8 weeks later and it's 59. So pleased. I've been really trying and I guess meds are working too. Just wanted share what I thought was good news [emoji846]

    My diabetic nurse told me to have porridge or weetabix. Only diagnosed 5 weeks ago type 2. If anything My sugars are dropping 3 hours after. I don't have time yo do eggs before work but do have poached eggs with low cal brown bread I've no clue. Don't even know how many carbs a day I am meant...

    Hi all thanks for reply. I take 500mg of metformin two twice a day and 80mg gyclazide twice a day. Changing this weekend to 1 glycazide and starting tulicity injections on Saturday. Apparently these will help with weight. New to this my hb whatever called was 140 at start sugars where often in...
