    Hi I just wondered if anyone has any suggestions for chocolate cravings or cakes etc that won’t massively hike blood sugars. Unfortunately I can’t stand dark chocolate so that is not an option for me. Thank you

    Amazing, I am finding having a gram amount helpful - I used to eat baked beans with out toast as a quick lunch , now realise that twice recommended card amount! Thank you you are inspiring me!

    Hi I had flu a week ago and am finding it near impossible to lower my readings tight now. Do you think it could be because I have had flu? How long would you say it takes to no longer have an effect please?

    Thank you for the advice, I will try eating something before sleep. I did have cheese. But not much. Also with low carb diet I am going to eat a small carb with each meal other wise can lead to binge eating I think. This group is so helpful thanks

    Hi I am type 2 and testing every morning, I was 15 in a morning after covid 6 months ago but now 10 , I am eating salads for tea but still not budging. I imagine this is a terrible read I aim for 7/8 right? I can’t understand why my diet isn’t affecting it at all anymore any advice appreciated...

    Hi I am type 2 but may be going on to glyclozide since I am a beauty therapist and using my hands all day I’m considering getting an arm meter but I am unsure how they work. Do they have to go under the skin or can you just wear one on your arm. Sorry if this sounds daft but Iv never seen one...
