    I have just had my dose split into 2 doses 12 hours apart 7am 7pm by my diabetes nurse so I would think you could take it am instead - is there a particular reason you want to do this?

    *** is normal at the beginning - could be anxiety - it's not always safe to judge a hypo just on how you feel. You did the right thing and tested before treating so didn't treat - good for you. I always test as sometimes a hyper can feel odd too.

    Not a vital query but v frustrating for me. Every time I use soya milk in my coffee it splits - I like my coffee hot so leaving it to cool down before adding milk isn't a great option. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
