    Injecting in public

    My Son injected in public for the 1st time yesterday, we went to Wimpy for lunch he injected at the table all done in a few secs, dont see why anyone should hide away. I agree with your partner :D

    Hi I,m really surprise by the nurses attitude, he said the fitness teacher knew all about T1 and spoke to him a bit about it, I know there are other T1,s in the school ... surely they dont all inject in the toilet, I will be making an appointment with the school before his induction day in June...

    Typical boy then Suzi, missing his tv will get him doing things on time. I,ll be havng a wine or two as well tonight, Ewans in a strop because the swimming pool was shut altho I think he was more upset he couldnt get his choc for the exercise

    hi sounds like you have a brave wee boy there, my son was diagnosed 5 months ago we still dont have 2 days the same, it does get easier though and best advice i would give is write everything down finally a pattern does start to emerge and ask any questions on here theres lots of advice. xx

    late night snack

    Since being diagnosed we were told to give Ewan a supper of about 20 carbs, he,s still in honeymoon so might be different from everyone else. Usually he goes to bed around 8 and gets up maybe 7 or less. If he is does have a high bs at supper time then I will reduce supper and occasionally not...
