Carb counting actually made my control better I don't eat the same thing day in day out, I work shifts and have absolutely no routine at all but what a difference the pump has made to my life and control :)

I was on lantus for 15yrs recently moved to an insulin pump ( no lantus ) and within 2 days what I can only describe as a hangover type haze disappeared and I am not the only 1 to mention this I never really noticed it but everything seemed a lot clearer and felt like I could function again

That button is a short cut to the normal bolus apparently

The fact pressing the down arrow doesn't send it back to the to of the page when it reaches the bottom of the page you have to go all the way back up the list The pump only tells you IOB as you are about to bolus ( as far as I can see )

I haven't tried this myself @Omnipod but my friend likes the reassurance let us know how u get on with it
