    I always believe that to succeed in anything you need to plan and so you need to plan carefully your low carb meals in advance, cakes, biscuits, chocolate, deserts etc are a strict no no... i am sure you will soon see a big difference.

    Er... that is not correct... it is far more complex than that , yes sulphuric acid has a sulphur molecule but it has additional oxygen atoms also the chemical binding is also more complex .... dont lets confuse things here

    Hi I think the answer to weight is in your posts, chocolate 3 times a week, fish and chips once a week, curry once a week, maybe too much fruit (bananas) weetabix etc etc. Try the low carb diet, what you are eating is not good for your BS levels or your weight in my opinion.
