    Had both of these yesterday and my readings have been quite high since (9.3 last night and 7.6 this morning ) Is there any correlation between the two does anyone know? Ta in advance Mike

    Thanks for the replies, Our lunch break is 11 o' clock!!!!! ...yes 11 We finish @ 3 and normally I have some kind of meeting or rehearsal with the kids for an hour or so and then about an hours drive home.I'm tryng to rearrange a few things so I can maybe eat lunch at a more civilised time ...

    Cheers DG. My one concern with Bacon and Eggs for breakfast is that I take statins for high cholesterol, although this had fallen on my last test which revealed the diabetes. Ta again Mike

    Looking at this site it would seem that where you live helps in the level of help you get! My doctor's is in Leek , Staffs The first thing the Diabetic Nurse gave to me was a monitor ,some strips, lancets. a sharps box a sackful of leaflets , arranged appointments with the optician.chiropodist...
