    4.5 this morning very surprised as out for meal with friends but I did watch what I was eating. Think I will start growing feathers if I have much more chicken. Lol.

    Hope operations go ok. I have a lung condition that requires the steroids and doc has given me the ok to up them if required hope that this will be short term.Have a good weekend and take care

    Hi ya, between steroids and stress I find that they cause levels to be all over the place. Learning to take this a day at a time as I have just had to increase my steroids so don't know what readings will be like. Hang on in there.

    Morning folks, had terrible night not sleeping husband thought he should wake me at 9.30. Didn't feel quite right first reading said LOW followed up by 8.9 higher than it has been all week.
