    They didn't know what type of diabetes I had... couldn't decide (tbh, he probably didn't know!!!) between T1/T2. Eventually went to someone I had more confidence in! x

    Multivitamins making my stomach hurt?

    I take the well man multi vitamins for women and yesterday I took it on an empty stomach. About 3 hours later my stomach felt so painful - a mixture of cramps and bloated ness and i then checked the label and it said don't eat on an empty stomach. Does anyone know why? My god it hurt so much!!
