- everything good for me! getting better though x
Saw a post (on facebook) and thought I wonder what people would say are their tips for living with diabetes... if 20 people join in with 5 each that would make 100
1. Always carry double of everything in case you lose the first
2. Have a hypo kit stocked and never not full in case you have a hypo and are missing vital hypo-treatments (usually chocolate in my scenario)
3. Have a line ready for people who ask WHAT ARE YOU DOING when injecting in public
4. Have a treat once in a while but don't have it everyday otherwise it isn't a treat.
5. Make sure that when you're going under the covers with your partner you have your hypo box very nearby just in case as you don't want to ruin the moment.
And one for good luck:
6. Everyone has their own way of managing their diabetes - sometimes you have to agree to disagree!
Would love to know what other people think x
