Stress worry can bring on the symptoms u desctibe hand tingling pins needles etc... try not to worry and breath ask you GP to refer u for some CBT or self refer if you can it can help to talk get stuff off your chest it's free on NHS [emoji7]
I felt sane in March 20 when cut out all sugar and went low carbish I was sweating shaking ie like someone going cold turkey it goes after two weeks or so u will loose weight sugar is nasty stuff when gone u will feel healthier have more energy etc I cut out biscuit cakes sugar in tea etc also...
People comments on how good look after weight loss and only fitting into clothes you last wore when u wee 20 somthing is best feeling I am i am 40 somthing now..lower carb diet and exercise seems to work [emoji7][emoji106]
Stopped my stains 2 days after diagnosis bloody things were causing all body muscles to ache or was that due to the sugar cold turkey detox I put myself on after diagnosis [emoji848][emoji45]
