That sounds excellent. The Carb-Smart bread I linked is pretty much a full sized loaf so I'm amazed the carb content is that low. Its a bit rubbery but perfectly edible and toasts nicely. I wish it was exported but it isn't.

As far as Im aware the only test for small fibre neuropathy (typically those in the hands and feet) are punch biopsies which, I was told, are incredibly rare in the UK. They are more common in the USA it seems.

Nerve conduction studies will only test for damage to the long nerves fibres, they will not be able to test for small fibre deficiency or damage which unfortunately is what most diabetic neuropathies are.

It was good stuff, subtract the fibre from total carbs and you get 1g per slice. Scarcely believable but you have to go with what they say. Its no Livlife either, its a full size slice ! As soon as I got back from the US I searched long and hard for exports but none that I could see.

You're late to the party, this has been all over the forum the last few weeks, yes it's true, the HP rolls have been discontinued, however some member are finding stores that are still selling them presumably with existing dough stock they are using up.
