Hey All, I follow a lot of Americans and Canadians on insta that have some great low sugar and low carb options which I can’t get in the UK.

Does anyone know of any websites that I can order international goods from without spending the world on custom charges?

Thanks all! Xx

Are you sure that you aren't just seeing different brand names?

As @xfieldok says it would be good to know what items you are having trouble sourcing.

I bought some of this when I was in the USA and Canada last year

Its something silly like 1g of carb per slice, and its a big full size bread slice.
Pity, i don't think it's exported

From the nutrition information it is 1% carbohydrate for a 44 gram slice; 0.44 grams. That is incredibly low.
I note that the information is different from the UK and I think the USA (where I think they quote total carbs and fibre and you have to subtract).

I woner what it is made from?

Edit: comprehensively failed. The % is for daily needs. I can see the ingredients list. It does look to be 1 gram of carbs per slice. Impressive if it also tastes good.

According to web page:

400g/UPC 118

Ingredients: Wheat Protein, Artesian Spring Water, Pea Protein, Brown Flax Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Whey Protein Concentrate, Organic Whole Spelt Flour, Yeast, Oat Fibre, Lupin Flour, Rice Protein, Lupin Grits, Wheat Germ, Sunflower Flour, Yellow Flax Seeds, Wheat Fibre, Psyllium Seed Husk, Inulin (Chicory Root), Cider Vinegar, Wheat Gluten, Sea Salt, Egg White Powder, Microbial Enzymes, Ascorbic Acid.

Allergy Information: Contains Wheat, Milk, Oats, Egg

It was good stuff, subtract the fibre from total carbs and you get 1g per slice. Scarcely believable but you have to go with what they say. Its no Livlife either, its a full size slice !
As soon as I got back from the US I searched long and hard for exports but none that I could see.
