your gp is wrong not to offer the test strips for type2 iam type 2 and only for testing my bs (not every day) I would still be on 4x500 metformin and 4x gliclazide untill my anuall with the nurse in march 2013. becuse i got the test strips from the doctor last month i was abell to go to them...

been to hospital yesterday and thay told me that this was a very uncomon side effect of the lantus. i was changed to levemir. used it last night and the tingaling has stoped to day. THANK YOU.

been to doctors this evening with this tingaling and was told to get back in tuch with dbn at hospital as he thinks that the problem is with the lantis, rang them told to stop it and iam to go back to see them 10.30 in the morning. (hope thay stop all the insulin).

hi can anyone tell me if Warfarin can react to your insulin and there for giveing a false bs. i know that insulin has changed my warfarin bloods and so thay have been put up but now my bs has dropped and is staying well down 3to 4.

hi iam type 2 on insulin lantus and apidra, to day I'v had this hypo that started at dinner bg 2.3 and as lasted all day tea time bg 2.9 is this normal. i have eaten extra for tea. had some extra bread etc, but its still low. now 3.1 what can i do to bring it up again????

big day tomoz hospital 9am to the insulin clinic bm as not gone down still 21-32 now with the dreded keytones at 3 in morning down to 1 in aft and staying there all day. have had no bread, spuds, rice, or paster this weekat all. iam not looking forwad to this.
