    Is HBA1C accurate enough...

Oh no you poor thing. I can't believe they misdiagnosed you like that. I'm weaning off Mirtazapine now but I've been on it a few years. It's helped me knowing I'm not alone. Thank you

    Is HBA1C accurate enough...

Hello No I don't feel i need a CPN to be honest..i have anxiety and agoraphobia but it's purely driven by the fatigue I've experienced making me housebound for so long. It led to anxiety and of course depression, which also are symptoms of an underactive thyroid. Mentally I am pretty sane lol I...

    Is HBA1C accurate enough...

Sorry to post again, it's been a while but I am not actually diagnosed diabetic. I had a HBA1C in September was 38. Gp then repeated it December 2015 and was 40. GP told me I was fine. I then had a HBA1C April 2016 and it was 35. I felt relieved it had come down. I had been diagnosed with an...

Thanks. It seems to last all day some days, that's why I was concerned but some days it's eased by lunch time.

    Should i be worried?

Thank you. I have those vitamins tested regular. In August 2015 my b12 was 212 (190-900 range). My gp said it was fine, thyroid UK told me it wasn't at all so I supplemented and got my levels up to 1070. I stopped supplementing and now my levels are around 500 on the November test a few months...

    Should i be worried?

Thank you. My gp did a blood test in November and it included an fbc which was all my red and white cells. All normal? I shall get hubby to read the link for me as no doubt I will worry more lol.

    Should i be worried?

Thanks James for replying and very reassuring too. So my dry mouth or tongue doesn't sound like anything to do with diabetes? I'm just not sure if how I'd feel so I was concerned. Yes my friend said his dad is diabetic so he has a meter and often my friend will check his own while visiting his...

    Little update

I'm not taking enough levo and that's why tsh has crept back up. I've had my dose increased to 75mg to bring it down again.

    Little update

Yes I have read that with an underactive thyroid the metabolic rate slows down which can lead to diabetes, depression etc... I shall definitely be monitoring my HBA1C every 3 months and I have my thyroid checked every 2 month or so until we get the dose correct. He is a great GP he just makes...

    Little update

Thank you, I do think stress can cause CFS, as I have had stress by the bucketload the last 4 years so I do often wonder if it's caused my chronic fatigue. I have huge energy crashes if I see my mum for example, we have a very strained relationship as she won't show me any love or support...
