    glucophage or metformin

    Looking for Diabetic Chocolate

    I melt a 100g bar of Lindt 90% (14g Carb) in a microwave, then stir in 100ml of double cream (3g Carb) - very stiff mix. To this mix I add some crushed mixed nuts, then flatten it out on grease proof paper. Into the fridge until it hardens. When hardened I smash it into bite size chunks.
