    Thursday weigh in, lost 1lb so 13st 2.5lb now. Amazed to have lost as this week has been a very stressful week.

    4.6 Weds 4.3 yest 7.8 today after going out with family last night for birthday meal, time to put the wheels back on the wagon, now know that high carb food makes me feel sluggish and yuck.:yuck:

    Just back from my first 3 month check with diabetic nurse, she was all smiles today. Wt 85kg down from 92kg Hba1c 36 down from 69( although dr told me 62, but 69 was on the screen today) Metformin reduced to 500mg once daily. Next check in 6 months. Only negative is cholesterol 5.8 HDL 0.8...

    Early Tuesday weigh in as off to see diabetic nurse for first 3 month check in an hour, have lost 1.25lb so now 13st 3.25lb.

    Amazingly 4.2 when I woke up at 08.30, fell back to sleep then 4.1 at 11.30. Can't believe it after our meal out last night, treated myself to a small creme brulee for dessert, so was expecting higher ones this morning.
