Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Can't test this morning. The test cassette on my Accu Chek Mobile expired yesterday and it therefore won't allow you to test.

First time I have encountered this issue.

What a bunch of shysters.
That's why mine has remained in the cupboard unused for months, now I use Code free or contour next usb.

Edit to remove redundant now.

4.5 at 6am this morning. Tends to be 4-5 as I move into my third week since T2 diagnosis.

Fbg 4.3 I'm loving this. Mind you I did have a lie in this morning after a late night.
I'm very very happy. :) :) :)
Have a brilliant bank holiday weekend everyone. :)

6.7 fasting.
Not brilliant, but better than 25.1 four weeks ago.
6.7 is brilliant. An achievement some still struggle to keep without medication. Me included. Mind you even on medication can be a struggle but not impossible.
Fantastic result. Keep it up :)

@britishpub I called them and they sent me a spare meter so I have a back up. Their customer service is brilliant. Free batteries received quickly too. I cannot fault the company. Sorry.
I don't think you've been happy with that meter for a while. Are you going to try a different meter?
I hope you get the right meter for you quickly.
Is your gp restricting your cassettes?

Amazingly 4.2 when I woke up at 08.30, fell back to sleep then 4.1 at 11.30. Can't believe it after our meal out last night, treated myself to a small creme brulee for dessert, so was expecting higher ones this morning.
