    I dont understand my results

If it helps, Im canadian? 11.8 would make more sense. I will be getting another test in March, so I'll be seeing the doc mid March and will have another reading then, and I can ask her what it's supposed to be, but I figured asking here would get a quicker response, thanks.

    I dont understand my results

I am doing diet alone for treatment. My sugars are down to 10-12 now. Which was a reading I took yesterday after eating. I feel fine, and I always have. The only issue I ever had was a constant yeast/sugar rash. And, to be fair, they never found out the cause of it; it may have been celiac...

I regularly eat McD's, I have been GF for 5+ years so just taking the buns off stuff was already low carb. What I try to do it a Mc Double, no bun, extra patty, Tea with cream, and side salad; all of which can be a meal here. Not all McD's have salads I've found though. Watch the dressings as...

    Struggling

We aimed for 20g total at first, but the stress of counting was too much; I flopped in bed and just cried for days. Im still learning, but hoping to stay under 50g without counting. (We try to only eat meat, veg, cheese, and snack foods/dressings under 2g a serving) How long did it take for...

    Struggling

Thanks for the replies! I copypasted from the other forum, so I didnt include as much info, but I am not on any medication at all; I'll take advil or t3's with codeine occasionally. But not anywhere near regularly. Do either of these, especially the advil, have any effect on blood sugars? My...
