    hewy the SR slow release is like a totally different drug from the regular metformin--so much easier for stomach,bowels etc. it is also a protector of the kidneys--but i wouldn't plan on losing weight on them, at least they didn't help me in that department, try to take them same time every day...

    i was always told that eggs have a substantial amount of lecithin in them & that cuts cholesterol ..so happy egg eating-they also suggest being cautious over runny eggs and salmonella-choose better quality eggs not the cheap and cheerful :thumbup:
