    Carnivory - An Interesting Video

I thought we didn't agree with the dietary recommendations. And how much is a portion?

    Carnivory - An Interesting Video

I don't think this is true at all. There are plenty of nutritional studies

That's what I do now, i buy one tin of salmon. But is it worth it for two meals a week?

    Low Carb On A Budget?

With the exception of things like salmon or steak I've noticed no difference

    Low Carb On A Budget?

Yes, twice as expensive as the supermarkets

    Low Carb On A Budget?

That wasn't the question though, it was do they sell them cheaper

Which are never given. Instead what you get is based on feelings not scientific evidence, and often contradcitory

    Low Carb On A Budget?

Well that all depends where you shop of course. Most supermarkets don't stock fatty cuts of meat beecause it's not popular. But i've never found meat to be cheaper depending on the fat content. LCHF is expensive, that's the sad reality.

    Carnivory - An Interesting Video

I'm not convinced by zero carb. It might be fine temporarily, but I don't think there's enoug evidence that it's sustainable healthwise. Even a broad array of organ meats is going to lack some things (if you can stomach them, liver is unpleasant imo). It might be fine for a short term cleanse...

So she eats fish and eggs only? fish is great but it's low in fat and very very expensive. I try to treat myself to a small can of salmon a week which gives me a little, but it ain't cheap!

Maybe an allergic reaction or something. I'm not sure how it could be an actual carb crash for obvious reasons. Also she doesn't seem to say what she does eat, that I could find, which is disappointing

    Carnivory - An Interesting Video

Those are some strange claims she makes. Beef causing a carb like crash? Her points regarding GNG don't seem to be supported by the facts. But without evidence how can I know what she's claiming is true? She may be an outlier, or she may be mistaken or even lying. If beef makes her react...

    Carnivory - An Interesting Video

Vegans are impossible to discourse with. Sadly. The question is, what should one eat on a carnivory diet. Organ meats are rich, but very heavy in cholesterol, and liver is most certainly an acquired taste. In other words, I struggle to find them remotely palatable. Most sources seem to...

Do You Have Low Potassium On Low Carb?

Right, but you have to eat a LOT to get the recommended amount, assuming that is correct

Have You Watched Ted Naiman's New Presentation, "too Much Protein Is Better Than Too Little" Yet?

I don't know how you could claim our ancestral diet was higher in fibre, we;d have to have eaten huge amounts of spinach or broccoli. Maybe some nuts, depending where you lived. Most fibre rich food today is fortified

Have You Watched Ted Naiman's New Presentation, "too Much Protein Is Better Than Too Little" Yet?

Thanks. I would like to listen to it, is it on youtube or just that site? I find Rosedale's limits just completely impractical personally. 120g a protein isn't huge, IMO. Many people who eat zero carb, for instance, seem to eat that and more.

no one is making anything complicated, I've no idea why you've posted this

Have You Watched Ted Naiman's New Presentation, "too Much Protein Is Better Than Too Little" Yet?

Without knowing how much protein he's talking about this is meaningless. You could make the same argument with 10g a protain a day compared to 70g.
