    I have not eaten since breakfast, not really hungry...feeling a little peckish now though so my body can burn some weight off! But tested every 2 hours nether-less to get in to the habit incase I eat and also to record fluctuations. Stabilisation possibly?

    Doing strangely well today.... 2 Weetabix, palm of Blueberries, palm of Grapes and a Plum quartered. Drank a pint of water, made a coffee(splash of milk). Grabbed my 2 litre bottle of water and set off for work. How does that work.....?

    My dinner was good too. And i’ll be honest. 2 chicken breasts (1 chicken breast each) Punnet of Mushrooms 2 tomatoes quartered 1 onion 1 celery stick Sprinkle of hot Chilli powder Loads of dry and fresh herbs ground down I made a sauce out of 2 teaspoons of Philadelphia and 1 teaspoon of Burger...

    By 05:50 I had gobbled my small breakfast so at 07:44 I redid the test. With 6 minutes to spare of the 120 minutes....yeah I’m really pleased.

    Hands were thoroughly washed. After a days graft with hanging doors and digging footings for an extension I took a long hot shower after spending time with my 6-9 years olds prior to my prepared food going in to the oven. It has been a very physical day. Anyway i’ll not quibble.

    I have just tested(guess i’m trying to get used to harpooning myself) 30 minutes after eating. Nothing much. A chicken breast, palm full of spinach, 0.25 onion, 1 celery stick, 0.25 red pepper, 7 button mushrooms, teaspoon of Philly, teaspoon of chicken stock dissolved in to 200ml of water...
