You might find you could lower your bgs simply by getting the conventional 7-8 hours sleep.
That is a mega ‘like’ thank you very much. This week has been 3 weeks too long in coming to terms with my agenda. Understanding or an equal medium has rested at my doors and opened my eyes to many things about human anatomy and more than I never knew. This the turn of week 3 and is my next process. The “getting to know myself” has been a real eye opener with nutrition and something that I religiously have always used to my advantage. Putting the pieces together and understanding my or the tolerances of my anatomy. Using this newly acquired monitor has been even more of an eye opener as I reduce or change my life style habits. Even the current healthy ingredients that are and have been abundant in my life can and do actually have a critical impact ones Solar System; the eye tweaking continues in amazement as I am savvy and low eliminate or lower the tone. It is fascinating so tomorrow is the start of progressive physical introduction through timing my day better. I had it perfect pre-British Army but the years may have taken their tolls out on me as I have regrettably paying dividends to as I have allowed my real life encroach my space. So yes some much needed selfishness will be involved as I juggle day to day life! I surmise that some positiveness has come to me to which I am already wholesale with. My partner and kids are already seeing a better me physically, mentally including a spice of spirituality.
