I too have just been diagnosed with coeliac, been type 1 since 1990.

Coeliac uk provide a book with gluten free products in it but you have to join. From what I can understand mustard seed itself is ok but it's the other ingredients that it is mixed with that cause the problems. Just looked in the index and it appears that cool mans mustard powder is gluten free.
