Im sure when i was younger on some nights out i would have probably got through atleast 10-20 pints or worth that in other drinks It can be hard to keep the blood sugar controlled I wouldn't recommend
your blood sugars might be ok but your will be running on empty after about 90mins if you have no food so it will be allot harder i did it once when i forgot my levimer before a 100 mile cycle and couldent really eat anything for the whole ride as my blood suger didnt want to dip below 20 wastnt...
today I did a steady hour on the exercise bike still allot of sweat lost though then later I went to the local running club and did there interval session that was 5x 800m reps hopefully tomorrow can be a rest day
today I went on the watt bike at the gym did 5x 8min intervals with 4 minute recovery in between followed by about ten 30 second sprints it was hard work got through at least 3 litres of water
im not really making much money as a self employed labourer its like a a sub contractor it seems like im just working for someone but with none of the benefits of being employed
