    wheatabix is 2.25g protein (4.5g per 2), roasted peanuts 15g = 4g then whatever is the milk. i dont know much about protien (breakfast wise). most lunches have a fair amount. evening meals usually packed (with very little in way of carbs)

    Average between time/levels. Eg start 6mmol if spike 12mmol over hour back down to 8mmol for me I would say 6mmol start to 10mmol (4 hours) would be same.. less than 2mmols difference is often recremmended after 2 hour period. Some foods can take longer digest etc

    5.3 libre. breakfast finished of a short walk now. yesterday managed 2500m (100 lengths) according to fitbit. swim again later today lot less than yesterday as wee bit stiff this morning. yesterdays libre graph looked great not any big spikes was a bit higher than normal for a good few hours...
