    On the 10th (Friday morning ) I had a 4.9 !! yippee . But had a bit of a celebratory weekend and this morning 14th it's 10.2 !!! This has got to be a mistake ( Mind you I usually work out on Monday and didn't because of a badly sprained ankle ) .

    Thanks:angelic: I was worried maybe some kind of hypo , it's the main reason for me snacking and not losing weight , I will persevere with lower Carb , managed under 100 today . Pens broken in my test kit so waiting for new till I retest , will give me time to get used to Low Carb . Will try...

    Fybogel is made from psyllium husks , pure natural psyllium husks you can get in specialist homeopathic chemists or maybe Holland and Barrett (UK) , if you know Fybogel you also know it's a laxative ingredient . Sorry :hungover: Pre~Diet.

    6.8 this morning (pasta last night ?) Thanks for that info I was a bit worried ; also ~ I really can't do extremely low carb without feeling wobbly ( got a 5.4 but was a bit weak kneed ) , I try the odd day , but moderate (like you've done ) is probably the best for me .     Oh that's good news , I'll have to keep up the Gym Workouts and swimming Etc. Which I do already . But diet falls by the wayside at weekends usually . I was 5.1 last year , this January I was a 6 , so with the information you've given , I hope to be able to reverse it .. Thankyou very much...

    I have had the same as I got 42 in Jan , referred to the clinician , told next test after 1yr , to eat less fruit , 42 = 6 , I'm getting 6.9 , 6.4 in morning (1 7.9 day after binge ) . There is something called 'Liver Dump' , put a search in on here , it explains it all . Good luck Alison...

    6.4 but rose to 7.7 after Breakfast which was Mullerlight yogurt plus 35g of Oatmeal (soaked oats ) , plus a pear 'good ' on the Slimming World Plan . Maybe this is totally wrong ? (I usually workout Swimming / gym in morning ) I have a B**** cold , can't go out .
