    Breakfast. Bacon Eggs Sausage Dinner: Fried Chicken (tallow) topped w melted butter - garlic. Broccoli & Carrots steamed. I had 70% dark chocolate square which I tolerate. But this time I had 2 squares to compare the 60% one to the 70% Blood Sugar next morning was 84 rather than previous 74.
