    4.4 this morning. Carbs (sourdough bread testing last weekend took 4 days to bring this down from wake up numbers averaging 6.4 I had read sourdough might not spike me. It didn’t cause large spike but I remained elevated for days.

    They are unhealthy. They’re not in the category of “it’s ok in moderation” type. They’re unhealthy for us. It’s your choice but there isn’t anything about them that is okay for us.

    Hashtag me too BUN levels eventually returned to normal after elevation during transition to HFLC. I get lots of fat attached to protein.
