Make your own, do a search for a low carb recipe, there are loads to choose from. If you can get in the habit of cooking things you like from scratch you will find sticking to any diet easier.
I think if they dropped the price the increase in orders would cover the difference. If it was cheaper I'd use it more often. Due to its unreliability (I've yet to have one that's lasted the full 2 weeks) I only use them occasionally.
Tried it, BG was OK with 4 bottles, but thought it tasted of, not much. Similar to Coors Lite.
Marstons Resolution is similar carb count but has more taste, difficult to find though, you may need to order it direct from the internet.
The short version.
Test your BG, eat, test again 2 hours later, gone up by more than 2, eat something else. Gone up by less than 2 stick with it.
Dietdoctor.com has a two week starter menu, a good place to start.

Sounds like your doing great. There are no set numbers or time scales as everyone is different. Just keep doing whats working and you will kill this. I think number 1 diet, 2 exercise, 3 drugs, is whats doing it for you. Remember long term health is always the goal.
I'd be wanting to cut down on the insulin with the goal of coming off it altogether longer term, if possible. To try to do this I'd carb count and test lots. Only you can decide if your happy at your current weight. Health is the most important thing not a number on the scale for me. I think a...
