    6 this sunny morning. When I first woke and tested it 6.8. Half and hour later it was 6. Is this usual, the strips the meter?? Any ideas?

    mystified - a 5.7 this morning after for me some high numbers while on holiday and only being back a few days. Diabetic nurse yesterday says my bloods now are under the threshold. (weight is as before my holiday?)

    27/10 6.5 This morning after 10 days holiday to somewhat pleased, weight not so good!

    6.8 This morning and has been about that each day for the last 6 days so. Local diet is a bit rich and difficult to get the carbs and sugar out of restaurant meals. Back home soon and back to normal? (having 10 day is Rarotonga)

    what are your thoughts of diet coke and the like ?

    Our water is run off from a volcano. Water has a distinct "smell" even with our top of the range filter. The smell of tap water puts you off. Have been taking a drop of red wine with Sprite as a spritzer. I do hope it is not the wine causing the problem
