    My goal is appetite suppression and weight loss, it seems most LCHF target to blood glucose levels, is there any info on weight loss? What are the optimum ketones and when should I expect appetite suppression? So far I have huge appetite, after 2.5 weeks.

    I haven't tested glucose, I am interested in ketones. My goal is to achieve the appetite reduction from LCHF, as I struggle with food addiction (carbs mainly). When should I expect that magical appetite reduction? And are ketone levels related?

    It's 28% fat and 8% carbs and I eat about 100g per day. I will now switch to another that is 44% fat and 2.6% carbs.

    I don't quite enjoy mayo lately. I buy the 'real' mayo, as the light mayo is horrendously sweet. But even the real mayo, has very strong taste that it covers food's taste, instead of mildly accompanying it and enhancing it. Is there any mayo that is mild, yet fully fatty?

    I need crispbread because my LCHF approach doesn't contain much fiber. Plus you cannot eat the spread with a spoon, yuk! I found these scandinavian bran crispbread that's only 2-3g carbs per slice. I wonder if there is anything lower. CiaoCarb do some toasties but I don't like the taste.
