Hi all. I’m T2 not on insulin but don’t know how to change the group. I am non insulin dependant T2. I do paid support in school 3 days a week. I suppose I’m non essential as I’m not a teacher or assistant. I can’t understand wether I should be taking the 12 week off option to protect myself...

I have started on LCHF diet and the nurse may have to drag me kicking and screaming to Trulicity. The threat of going on this with its side effects may have been the kick up the arris I needed.

If I’m prone to reflux would it be wise to use this high fat method to lower my blood sugars? I can take Omaprozol to line my gullet but don’t wish to take more drugs. Any body had this experience as it feels like a double whammy.

I’m with you on the fed up with the same old same old feeling. One way I try and get round it is not only to try a different recipe but also to present it differently; best china plate and posh knife and fork. It makes it feel a bit special LOL
