    7.9 This morning’s not unremarkable results, following a Fish and Chip supper. But now, 2 hours later, it’s Clickety-Click 6.6. So, my EndoSys decided enough was enough and got scared I’d be reporting here so shovelled a load more chemicals into my bloodstream.

    6.4 - After a lax carb and fruit Saturday, I was thinking maybe an 8.0. So, a 6.4 is a big relief. Have a relaxing Sunday, and England won against the odds, a man down and then George Ford’s drop goals! Three before the half? Phhhoargh…..
