    23/03/2010 53.00 - Part of a BMI and pre-60 year routine exploration.
    07/09/2015 60.00 - Fifth year follow-up, combined with First Total Hip joint replacement. No action required.
    08/08/2016 48.00 - Sixth year follow-up. No action required. Second Total Hip joint Replacement
    25/08/2017 58.00 - Seventh year follow-up. 2x per day 500mg Metformin Rx. Attend local NHS Diabetics Group.
    04/09/2017 58.00 - Same Seventh year follow-up. Still on 500mg Metformin Rx.
    06/06/2018 59.00 - Eighth year in and Still on twice daily 500mg Metformin Rx.
    11/09/2019 87.00 - After nurse registered an 18 on my non fasting A1c. ACTION!!
    20/09/2019 89.00 - GP Doubles Metformin and only NOW I’m supplied with JAZZ Blood testing kit. Joined this Forum

    02/12/2019 64.00 - GP said I should be proud in what I’ve achieved. I achieved this by a combination of receiving support and getting FACTS, from this Forum, KETO, Double Metformin and an angry, stubborn predisposition against all things misleading and a passion for evidenced-based results.
    19/01/2020 52.00 - GP will see me next week! Nearly into upper 40s.
    13/04/2020 55.00 - Post COVID19 Hospital Discharge.
    31/08/2020 52.00 - 4 month recovery from COVID19.

    I’ve still got some way to go. The Endocrine system is an amazing finely balanced, complex, control mechanism. I’m coming to terms with acknowledging that I am a Diabetic and that I’m taking part in a slow Marathon and not a Sprint. My Life Span and Quality has had another necessary Tool added to my Toolbox - Diabetes Management.​
